Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and win enterprise critical pursuits (ECP / Tier 2) as the Capture Lead, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through submission.
  • •Develop holistic capture strategy and winning client positioning plans, including client listening, solution development, bid planning/review, and debrief/lessons learned.
  • •Own pursuit governance, bid budgets, pursuit team composition, and partnering/supply chain selection.
  • •Partner with bid, marketing, technical, operations, and commercial teams to prepare Capture Plans for complex proposals and ensure proposal best practices.
  • •Drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle (QA, Green Light Analysis, Go/No-Go rigor) and deliver sales metrics to improve capture/win rates.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in capture management, strategic bids, or business development within engineering or major infrastructure sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of the UK nuclear market, including clients, procurement routes, and programme delivery models.
  • •Experience coordinating complex pursuits with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of capture planning, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and bid management best practice.
  • •Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication facilitation skills.
