Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end ownership of Spark deployment projects from kickoff and planning through site readiness, infrastructure deployment, validation, and operational handoff.
  • •Lead capacity expansion projects within existing Crusoe data centers to add compute, GPU, storage, networking, and supporting infrastructure while minimizing production impact.
  • •Build and maintain integrated project plans and schedules spanning design, construction, procurement, logistics, network readiness, commissioning, and customer readiness.
  • •Coordinate site and infrastructure readiness across construction, facilities, engineering, Site Operations, and deployment teams to ensure sites and data halls are ready for incoming equipment and deployment work.
  • •Manage dependencies, critical path activities, risks, issues, vendor deliverables, and milestone handoffs; provide clear stakeholder communication and project reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical project or program management experience supporting data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, hardware deployments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
  • •Ability to own complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and operational handoff.
  • •Strong data center infrastructure knowledge, including power, cooling, networking, structured cabling, servers, storage, GPU infrastructure, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • •Experience coordinating infrastructure expansions within existing environments and planning for required space, power, and network capacity.
