Job Summary

Lead a team within Communications and Public Affairs to coordinate executive operational planning and prioritization for senior leadership. Drive interpretation of business operations and Centers of Excellence analyses, develop action plans to address business/compliance/regulatory needs, and oversee communications support for Board, Council, Committee engagements, events, and monthly business reviews. Provide guidance to secure executive-ready deliverables and ensure governance requirements and risks are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate EMG, ELT, CEO, and BoD-driven requirements and support development of Board materials with key stakeholders.
•Interpret business operations and/or Centers of Excellence analyses, and develop strategic and operational plans to address business, compliance, and regulatory issues.
•Establish protocols for communicating development and organizational work to enhance information flow across the organization.
•Provide advice and guidance to negotiate approval of executive deliverables and ensure communications meet content/appearance standards and logistical requirements.
•Build and oversee a team, manage performance activities, and ensure business risks are identified and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,310 - 243,340

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•8 years of project/program management experience supporting senior executives, corporate event planning and/or executive-level communications.
•3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
•Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate complex concepts clearly with executive leadership (C-Suite).
•Experience ensuring processes adhere to corporate governance requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
