Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day administration and long-term strategy for the Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, Product Discovery, Statuspage)
  • •Customize workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation to improve project execution and cross-team collaboration
  • •Partner with project managers, business leaders, and IT teams to embed ITSM practices within Atlassian tools
