Join the Bar Operations Division at Atlantis The Royal to support daily bar service for exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

•Support daily management and organization of bar services according to hotel policies and procedures.
•Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining quality, consistency, and smooth operational flow.
•Deliver exceptional guest experiences at your level, adapting responsibilities by seniority.
•Lead, train, and motivate colleagues (for senior team members) to maintain service standards.
•Manage bar stock, costs, and overall bar performance while ensuring operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in bar operations, including at least 1–2 years in a similar role for entry-level positions.
