Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate complex BOMs for integration partners, identifying part substitutions, spec mismatches, and build blockers.
  • •Resolve design change requests (DCRs) and BOM discrepancies with hardware design engineers throughout the build lifecycle.
  • •Support materials planning and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for components and finished racks through final shipment.
  • •Act as the operational point of contact for hardware integration partners; track SLAs and quality metrics, including root-cause analyses.
  • •Track hardware build cycles in Jira and drive AI-enabled automation to streamline BOM reviews, reporting, and partner tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage hardware vendor or contract manufacturing (EMS/ODM) relationships, including BOM validation, quality tracking, and schedule management.
  • •Evaluate rack-level technical specifications (power distribution, networking, server hardware, firmware) to ensure manufacturing compliance.
  • •Manage operational workflows in Jira with a track record of tracking KPIs and SLAs.
  • •Use AI tools or LLMs to automate concrete workflows, optimize reporting, or perform data analysis.
  • •Collaborate effectively across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and external partner teams with strong communication skills.
