Key Responsibilities

•Build Referral Partnerships: Develop relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and senior-focused organizations; educate providers on Sailor Health’s services, eligibility, and referral workflows.
•Own Territory Growth: Grow referral volume across your market by developing new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and driving outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Operate in the Field: Spend 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person across your territory; attend community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunities.
•Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure seamless referral and onboarding; share feedback to improve provider experience and growth strategy.
•You're comfortable with range: Present to 20 providers and build 1-on-1 relationships with solo PCPs; be strategic at the territory level and detail-oriented on follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
