•Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions.
•Maintain a professional demeanor throughout sessions and remain calm in emergency situations (e.g., 911 calls).
•Follow client instructions and adhere to protocol to ensure LEP clients are served appropriately.
