Job Summary

Operate assigned production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality manufacturing while minimizing cost, energy, and waste. Support Environmental Health & Safety efforts, run press/extrusion laminator/pouch lines per manufacturing and customer specifications, and operate a forklift as needed. Monitor and maintain quality, complete production and QA paperwork, perform housekeeping and 5S/GFSI standards, and analyze issues to take corrective action. Access and enter required data accurately and support WCOM updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Environmental Health & Safety for the facility by following policies and helping improve EHS performance.
•Operate press, extrusion laminator, or pouch line to run production per written specifications and standard operating procedures.
•Operate a forklift truck as required.
•Monitor and maintain quality by removing flagged defects and performing required quality assurance tests; complete production/QA documentation.
•Analyze problems, take corrective action, minimize change-over and downtime, perform housekeeping, and maintain GFSI and 5S standards daily.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
•Good computer skills and ability to enter required data accurately and timely.

•Basic math and measurement skills, including reading standard or metric rulers and converting between them.
