Develop and adapt original graphic concepts into customer artwork that meets manufacturer specifications for branded labels, logos, apparel trim, and packaging. Produce graphic sketches, layouts, and designs using computer design tools, considering cost-efficient options for colors and sizes. Work with internal manufacturing and pre-press processes, manage printing and pre-press activities with suppliers, and may train junior graphic designers or lead projects.

•Develop original and/or modify existing concepts based on layout samples.
•Create, develop, and adjust customer artwork to meet manufacturer specifications.
•Produce graphic sketches, layouts, and designs using computer design software for initial development.
•Consider cost-efficiency when selecting alternative colors, sizes, and other presentation elements.
•May train and guide junior-level graphic designers and/or lead functional teams or projects.

Key Requirements

•0-3 years of experience as a graphic designer.

•Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
