Job Summary

Lead client partnership planning and project delivery to grow ticketed attendance and revenue for Thaiticketmajor. Build and maintain executive client relationships, manage contract deliverables, and forecast ticket sales and performance against annual plans. Drive ancillary revenue expansion (e.g., merchandising and value-added products) and collaborate with internal teams and clients on marketing strategies, reporting, and actionable insights to achieve KPI-aligned commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute client partnership plans, including forecasting ticket sales and revenue contributions to the annual business plan.
•Identify commercial revenue opportunities within existing contracts and partnership agreements, and ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled through cross-functional coordination.
•Drive ticket sales and revenue growth, expanding ancillary revenue streams such as merchandising, gift boxes, and other value-added products.
•Work with the Marketing team to execute client marketing strategies and campaigns, optimize performance, and provide regular reporting and insights.
•Maintain executive client relationships, facilitate presentations using Thaiticketmajor solutions, and handle client feedback, concerns, and timely follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (written and verbal) with negotiation and conflict-resolution ability.
•Demonstrated experience delivering projects across a diverse portfolio with strong attention to detail.
•Experience with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities, including maintaining monthly and annual budgets.
•Strong customer/client focus and the ability to build long-term relationships while balancing stakeholder involvement.
•IT literacy with Windows Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with Salesforce or business development tools.
