Job Summary

Lead end-to-end SaaS integration initiatives—owning requirement gathering, integration architecture, and deployment through post-go-live support. Design solutions that connect SaaS platforms with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, middleware/iPaaS, ETL, and reusable integration standards. Manage integration patterns (real-time, batch, file, event-driven), drive API lifecycle and data synchronization, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and support testing, monitoring, and cutover.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end SaaS integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
•Define integration architecture and strategy for connecting SaaS platforms with internal and external systems.
•Design and oversee integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, and iPaaS platforms.
•Manage integration testing (SIT, UAT, performance), resolve defects, and monitor production integrations for failures or bottlenecks.
•Prepare documentation and provide technical leadership, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, runbooks, and support guides.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in SaaS and enterprise application integrations.
•Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, SFTP, and message-based integrations.
•Experience with middleware or iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, or Jitterbit.
•Knowledge of authentication and security methods such as OAuth, JWT, SSO, API keys, and certificates.
•Ability to work across multiple applications and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
