Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in inspection centers (Lot Attendant).
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana’s spinners (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Inspect vehicle interior and exterior and accurately identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate).
  • •Work assigned shifts and complete mandatory overtime as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions.
  • •Use safety equipment, including items such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
