Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the GM to develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with company vision and goals.
  • •Translate the long-term strategic plan into annual budgets and lead sales forecast processes with Finance.
  • •Define and analyze KPIs, create dashboards/reports, and identify insights to improve commercial performance.
  • •Collaborate with Finance to evaluate financial impacts and prepare business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
  • •Design competitive benchmarking/competitor analysis and guide Marketing and Product teams; monitor industry trends and macroeconomic factors.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects on complex business topics.
  • •Hands-on experience in consulting, including involvement in strategy development and data analysis.
  • •Background in strategic planning or consulting.
  • •Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
