Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and maintain PCBs, including rework and replacement soldering of discrete components, and perform circuit testing for AI servers and GPU platforms.
  • •Perform bring-up and debug of server hardware components, PCBs, GPUs, and interconnects.
  • •Execute hardware modifications such as cable routing/management, installation of GPUs, NICs, memory, storage, and accelerators, and test-point installation and signal measurements.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot power, thermal, cooling, and failure issues including GPU detection and PCIe errors, shorts, damaged PCBs, and marginal components.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and test results while supporting lab/data center operations like rack builds, rework, and audits.

Salary: USD 54,560 - 81,840 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with electronics, PCBs, and discrete components, including troubleshooting complex server electronics and GPU issues under tight schedules.
  • •Experience working in a lab or data center ESD-controlled environment with server hardware and related infrastructure.
  • •Ability to install and maintain PCBs, perform rework and replacement soldering of discrete components, and support circuit testing.
  • •Comfort reading and understanding schematics, BOMs, and hardware debug documentation.
