Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate projects for 3 or more product service lines (PSLs) in accordance with company policies and requirements.
  • •Lead regularly scheduled meetings to review performance indicators and drive efficiencies and performance.
  • •Participate in or lead pre-project and post-project execution exercises (e.g., Drilling Well On Paper / Completing Well On Paper) and project close-out meetings.
  • •Conduct performance reviews per PSL and project KPIs and maintain detailed records (e.g., Daily Operations Report in OpenWells) focusing on productive times and NPT classifications.
  • •Ensure equipment and third-party rental/purchase items have current inspection/testing documentation and that personnel follow updated project procedures and HAL guidelines.
