Key Responsibilities

•Operate construction equipment and machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes) efficiently and safely across job sites.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations, using required PPE in designated areas.
•Report issues or incidents promptly to supervisors or management and adhere to daily assignments from the Foreman.
•Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation, and perform minor maintenance while reporting major problems.
•Help train less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair; maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Key Requirements

•Ability to perform all essential job functions to a satisfactory standard.
•1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license per state requirements (DL/CDL, Class A and/or B, with potential hazmat and tanker endorsements).
