Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI and agent-first products and features end-to-end, contributing across the full software stack and owning implementation quality from architecture to release.
  • •Design and build agents that apply prompts, context, tools, and model reasoning to fulfill user journeys, generate content, and automate processes.
  • •Apply system design and software engineering principles to deliver observable, maintainable, scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • •Validate solutions against functional requirements using QA, model-based evaluations, and agent tracing to ensure quality is measurable and reproducible.
  • •Partner with designers and PMs to drive product definition, ship MVP iterations early, and share agentic engineering practices with the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer building enterprise-scale applications.
  • •Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, with familiarity in React, Next.js, or Rails.
  • •Broad full-stack ownership, comfortable directing agents across both frontend and backend development.
  • •Strong understanding of data schemas, databases, APIs, and AWS infrastructure, including performance testing, logging, and monitoring (Golang preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience building AI and agent-powered features using frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) and daily workflows delegating to AI agents with review and architecture guidance.
