Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services for Oracle SCM Cloud across a portfolio of clients, ensuring SLA adherence, quality standards, and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end managed service delivery for SCM clients, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met.
•Perform incident and problem management by coordinating with cross-functional support teams to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
•Strategize and support quarterly upgrades, including roadmap planning, review sessions, demos, and post-go-live support.
•Support regression testing with automation across clients, coordinating with automation teams and improving processes for SCM regression testing.
•Lead and coach the managed services team, drive service improvement initiatives, and manage vendor and client relationships as an escalation point.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience administering and maintaining Oracle SCM Cloud.
•Strong implementation or support experience across SCM areas including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Advanced Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supplier administration.
•Experience with REDWOOD implementation (highly desired).
•Experience with inbound/outbound integrations for Oracle SCM (asset).
•Managed services or multi-client experience, with leadership experience managing a team; ITIL concepts/certifications are a plus.
