Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple product teams and be accountable for product management responsibilities across a product area and related portfolio/sub-portfolio(s).
  • •Set customer vision and define the long-term future state, scope, approach, and “big bets” to deliver customer value over time.
  • •Drive launch and ongoing performance monitoring, aligning with Customer teams on value proposition, messaging, and release considerations.
  • •Manage risks related to security, privacy, regulatory change, compliance, accuracy, responsible data use, and availability while leading trade-off decisions.
  • •Provide people leadership: set team vision and ways of working, coach and develop direct reports, recruit and onboard as needed, and drive performance.

  • •Deep technical platform product experience and ability to define product strategy and execution for complex, ambiguous domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse, senior stakeholder groups to achieve customer and commercial outcomes across product teams.

  • •Significant people leadership experience, including coaching, managing performance, and developing team capabilities.
