Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product and cross-functional partners to shape and execute the Developer Platform roadmap across APIs, developer tools, SDKs, analytics, and enterprise capabilities.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable platform capabilities that help developers and SaaS providers build, integrate, and innovate on Box.
  • •Build and maintain developer experiences including sandboxes, onboarding, testing environments, and self-service tools to reduce friction.
  • •Contribute to ideation and rapidly prototype new capabilities, taking high-impact features from concept to production with senior engineering leadership.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation to triage and respond to production issues, while monitoring and improving platform performance, reliability, and scalability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 206,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of full stack software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on backend systems, databases, and API development.
  • •Experience developing against a broad set of APIs and providing meaningful feedback on API design.
  • •Solid understanding of the full web technology stack.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience with cloud-based services with considerations for security, scalability, and reliability.
