Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the health insurance company to implement procedures for issuing/canceling new health insurance cards and replacement allowances for beneficiaries.
  • •Issue lost/damaged replacement for employee identification cards.
  • •Audit, verify, and update health insurance data and required documents.
  • •Support HR leave procedures of different types through the GRP (HR planning) system and update employee data in GRP.
  • •Prepare recurring reports related to HR using the Discoverer system and support implementation of HR annual operational plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • •Male only (complete national service).
  • •UAE national (Emirati).
  • •Ability to review and update health insurance data and supporting documents.
  • •Experience using HR/Reporting systems such as GRP and Discoverer.
