Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for KeyBank clients by managing client servicing and transaction support while engaging in proactive conversations to understand needs. Process financial service transactions, address more complex servicing issues, and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations in person and via proactive calling. Partner with branch teams to support client acquisition, deepen relationships, follow compliance and security procedures, and participate in daily huddles and debriefs.

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the impact of service.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource to the team.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, then transition clients to a Banker as needed and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures and balance the cash drawer within balancing guidelines; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Experience in cash handling (required).
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
