Key Responsibilities

  • •Define test plans and test algorithms for new tests and HBM, including software/hardware requirements, defect coverage, characterization, trending, process flow, and test times.
  • •Develop test programs for products using primarily Python and C on automated test equipment and release them to the manufacturing area.
  • •Ensure test programs, scripts, and related software adhere to release quality standards.
  • •Independently debug test issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions across internal and external groups.
  • •Analyze statistical data to validate and justify program quality for release; evaluate yields/quality against datasheet specifications and support experiments to improve yield or capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in test solution engineering in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Experience defining test plans and test algorithms for HBM, including software and hardware requirements and defect coverage.
  • •Experience developing test programs using primarily Python and C on automated test equipment, and releasing programs to manufacturing.
  • •Strong logical thinking and problem-solving with a thorough understanding of device/part functionality for testing.
