Key Responsibilities

•Understand the background and intent of client requests by participating in kickoff calls and reviewing proposals/briefs
•Develop a deeper understanding of client categories and key competitors
•Lead the development of research plans and proposals adhering to best practices and guidelines
•Be hands-on with research processes when needed, including screeners and questionnaire design
•Manage and direct projects from start to finish with close collaboration with PM/fieldwork teams
•Write and present strategic reports of findings in PowerPoint
•Assist and eventually lead debrief presentations to clients
•Develop client relationships beyond individual studies to grow revenue

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in a top research consultancy, or as a brand strategist in an ad agency, consultancy or market research environment, ideally with CPG/FMCG clients and/or shopper/packaging/ NPD/ retail research
•BA/BS in related field
•Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
•Understanding of questionnaire design and creation
•Strong writing and analytical ability, and clear written/oral communication with clients and internal teams
