Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for Anduril’s Mission Systems team, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver against recruiting goals. Source and engage high-volume candidates using structured outreach, pipeline tracking, and data-driven analysis. Conduct interviews, build consultative relationships, and prospect with tools and techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter and screening/sourcing methods) to close exceptional technical talent.

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping clear communication with stakeholders.
•Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute against hiring deliverables.
•Understand product positioning, market fit, technical roadmap, and team culture to pitch roles effectively and close talent.
•Track and analyze pipeline/performance data, translating insights into a data-driven recruiting narrative.
•Conduct interviews and engage passive candidates using tools and prospecting techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80 hourly

Key Requirements

•6+ years sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•4+ years of client interaction experience with hiring managers/directors, taking requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.
•Experience recruiting for government contractors, DoD/IC agencies, including candidates with U.S. security clearances.
•Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, plus interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
•Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple candidate funnels through the recruiting process.
