Analyst-Control Management

Support the CFR Issues, Events & Remediation team by investigating repeated operational risk issue types, conducting root-cause analysis, and performing quality assurance on issue documentation and remediation records. Assist remediation activities such as tracking progress, validating resolution efficacy, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Analyze issue and event trends to identify systemic risks or control weaknesses and help review the end-to-end issue resolution process.
