Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive retention and growth of the current client book by expanding and enhancing client relationships.
  • •Partner with growth and sales teams on new business strategies, including opportunities to add new client logos.
  • •Support onboarding of acquisitions into the Mid Atlantic region.
  • •Act as an escalation point for challenging client situations and serve as executive sponsor on key client relationships.
  • •Develop workstreams and help implement the Target Operating Model while holding the team accountable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of health and welfare consulting experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of carrier products and services, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and HealthCare Reform
  • •Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
  • •GBA or CEBS certification is a plus
