Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end compliance process development for initiatives from requirement interpretation through documented, deployed, and adopted workflows.
  • •Conduct discovery through stakeholder interviews and workshops, then design and document compliance processes, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and desk guides.
  • •Map current-state workflows to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses, then drive corrective actions to root-cause closure.
  • •Lead deployment and change management, including training, adoption tracking, and post-implementation refinement.
  • •Support audit readiness and government assessments (DCMA, CPSR) by ensuring documentation, traceability, and evidence are complete and accessible.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design in aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
  • •Ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
  • •Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills to work through ambiguous problems with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong documentation habits and persistence to drive issues to resolution; ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
