Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned hospitality projects, aligned to objectives, development requirements, and approved execution strategies.
  • •Coordinate design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operator teams to support execution and timely resolution of project issues.
  • •Identify risks, issues, and delays early and implement corrective actions to maintain project outcomes within time and budget.
  • •Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, compliance with design intent, and safety standards.
  • •Manage project close-out activities including testing, commissioning, snagging, handover to operations, and integration of pre-opening activities with operators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or project delivery, preferably for large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, or complex building projects.
  • •Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams with consultants, contractors, and client-side delivery teams.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and quality management processes.
  • •Proficiency with project management software and tools.
