Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate discipline design interfaces and serve as the working link between BIM supervisor and technicians.
  • •Deliver team models and drawings against the task information delivery plan and master plan; maintain data shortcuts, base plans, and title block milestone requirements.
  • •Supervise model development across the team and apply design automation tools; report defects and maintain the single source of truth for 2D drawing extraction.
  • •Validate and review model and drawing submissions against checklists, CAD standards, GIS data, and perform final sanity checks before review.
  • •Handle document comments resolution, conduct clash resolution and coordination, and deliver internal training and mentoring to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years in infrastructure design production, including at least 3 years leading or modelling/drafting a team in a consultancy.
  • •Proven delivery of drawing packages to a local authority standard in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Expert-level Civil 3D knowledge (pipe/pressure networks, corridors, surfaces, data shortcuts, styles, label sets, sheet sets) plus AutoCAD and Navisworks for clash review/resolution.
