Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process.
  • •Embed in manufacturing to resolve, contain, and improve nonconforming materials.
  • •Lead containment execution and inspect to verify nonconforming items.
  • •Support root cause analysis and internal triage with engineering teams for nonconformance dispositions.
  • •Create inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspection steps, and train technicians and inspectors to execute them.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or a quality/engineering related role.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting hardware development and quality management.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software.
  • •Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
