Job Summary

Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations within the Supplier Experience team, ensuring Source-to-Pay processes work effectively and drive value. Coordinate and manage sourcing requests (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and eAuctions within agreed SLAs/KPIs, provide technical support for eRFX/eAuction activities, and lead tendering for supply categories (preferably Packaging). Partner with Procurement, Finance, and stakeholders to deliver productivity savings, compliance (including SOX), and continuous process and system improvements using tools such as Coupa/CSO.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and strategically manage sourcing requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and eAuctions within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
•Identify and implement continuous system and process improvements for sourcing.
•Provide technical support for eRFX and eAuction, including strategy, content, and end-to-end event management.
•Recommend suppliers to participate in sourcing events based on criteria such as diversity, sustainability, commercial advantage, or service delivery.
•Lead tendering process for supply categories (preferably Packaging), including designing the process, launching eSourcing requests, conducting post-event analysis, selecting suppliers, and supporting contract requirements/sign-off (if needed).

Key Requirements

•Degree educated in a business or procurement-related field or relevant commercial experience in a consumer products environment.
•6+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing, including processes, ways of working, documentation, and compliance requirements.
•Strong understanding of sourcing; packaging category experience and other supply categories (raw materials, capex) preferred.
•Advanced business, financial, legal, and commercial acumen from sourcing and contract negotiations.
•Mastery of eSourcing tools and platforms such as Coupa and CSO (preferred).
