Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide joint leadership within an MEP (mechanical, electrical, public health) team by offering design and technical advice in a project manager capacity.
  • •Supervise detailed design completion and direct the production of detailed/performance specification for the discipline.
  • •Lead feasibility studies and support overall project feasibility for the discipline.
  • •Act as the client’s key point of contact and oversee overall project delivery against client deliverables and internal KPIs.
  • •Development and line management of junior staff, including briefing teams, ensuring contracts/letters of intent are in place, and running regular meetings on resourcing, H&S, quality, training, and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Work to the requirements of a Technical Director - Electrical grade with a proven track record delivering electrical MEP building services projects to client expectations.
  • •Experience in MEP building services projects with aviation background.
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in an applicable engineering discipline.
  • •CIBSE / IET / Engineering Council Chartership and RevitMEP training applied to the discipline.
