•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
•Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
•Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or end-users, escalating complex issues when necessary.
•Perform and automate routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks.

•2-3 years of experience in similar hybrid IT/Software roles (IT Product Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or heavily automated Systems Engineering)

•Proven development skills in Python, C#, JavaScript or Java
•Experience with Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
•Experience with relational database management and querying
