Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Fully understand the principles of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply best practices.
  • •Attend to maintenance requests and regularly inspect air conditioning & refrigeration equipment, maintaining and repairing as necessary.
  • •Maintain air conditioning & refrigeration equipment and tools in good condition.
  • •Understand control principles of all AC systems and regularly test, repair and calibrations.
  • •Carry out repairs and maintenance works as directed and return completed work sheets; complete work orders and PPMs as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year certificate of competency in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • •Desirable with City and Guilds technician certificate in electrical and mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
  • •Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in 5 star hotel.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large commercial facilities.
