Operations Analyst

Manage insurance policy placements end-to-end: gather and review client documentation, coordinate with insurers, and ensure accurate submissions through portals and email. Maintain daily updates in the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard and track placement accuracy across clients, operations, and insurers. Collaborate cross-functionally, follow up on missing items, and escalate issues to commercial team leaders to meet turnaround-time commitments.
