Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead international AP operations across regions, currencies, entities, and regulatory environments to ensure accurate, timely, compliant processing.
  • •Develop and execute an International AP strategy with Domestic AP leadership, standardising processes while meeting local compliance requirements.
  • •Own governance, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations for an outsourced procure-to-pay provider; drive performance, quality, automation, and cost efficiency.
  • •Ensure outsourced operations maintain strong controls, audit readiness, and data integrity, including SOX compliance and international tax/VAT/GST/withholding rules.
  • •Lead and develop the International AP team and drive transformation initiatives using automation, AI, process redesign, and data analytics to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive AP/Finance Operations leadership experience with significant international AP oversight.
  • •Chartered Accountant degree is mandatory.
  • •Proven experience managing outsourced AP/P2P service providers in complex international environments with strong vendor governance and accountability.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale AP transformation, automation, and shared services initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of international AP compliance across multi-entity environments, including AP technologies (e.g., ERP, OCR/invoice automation, AI-enabled solutions).
