Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields, and NAV generation/validation with stringent timelines.
  • •Manage monthly reporting activities including fee reviews, ex-dividend distributions, trustee packs, and regulatory/client reporting.
  • •Identify and reduce manual processes, support and implement technology upgrades, and lead UAT as required.
  • •Lead standardization by sharing best practices across markets to enhance operational control and cost effectiveness.
  • •Maintain internal control standards, operational risk assessment and escalation processes, and ensure governance of daily/weekly trackers and management information deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications for the accounting/finance industry.
  • •5+ years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Complete understanding of trade life cycle.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and accounting principles, including end-to-end fund accounting and NAV calculation processes.
  • •Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing individuals, meeting objectives, and managing MI reporting and capacity planning.
