Work on organic protection systems for composite and metallic helicopter parts, developing and qualifying paints/coatings and related application processes. Specify and validate material and process performance, manage test-program planning and execution, and write qualification/technical documents. Support production by analyzing non-conformities, collaborate with material suppliers (paints and adhesive tapes), and update specifications based on in-service feedback.
