Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Manila GO Health Center, including the Occupational Health Nurse and contractor nurses, to manage daily operations.
  • •Conduct comprehensive case reviews and provide medical guidance for employees and managers, including restrictions or accommodations as needed.
  • •Provide final guidance for complex pre-employment medical exams (PEME), annual physical exams (APE), and executive check-up (ECU) results.
  • •Lead medical emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity programs, and collaborate with HSE on significant medical case investigations.
  • •Oversee health systems processes to ensure compliance and track Health Systems Key Elements (HSKE) performance, using data-driven initiatives to improve wellbeing and reduce medical absences.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines.
  • •Completed Basic Course in Occupational Medicine from the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM).
  • •2-3 years of proven clinical experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience in policy development, process optimization, and data analysis.
  • •Knowledge of Philippine health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
