Site Physician

Lead occupational health services at the Manila General Office by overseeing daily operations of the site health center and guiding clinical decision-making for employee cases and exams. Drive health systems compliance through assessments and monitoring, strengthen wellbeing programs (including mental health) using data-driven initiatives, and manage emergency response and crisis planning. Collaborate with the PH medical team, HSE partners, and site leaders to improve health outcomes, reduce medical absences, and sustain a compliant, sustainable health system.
