Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the kid growth funnel end-to-end: awareness, install, activation, and early retention for Dojo Islands.
  • •Drive the cross-company roadmap for Monthly Active Kids, coordinating across the flagship app, school network, and Islands.
  • •Lead a small, high-leverage product team — setting direction, shipping fast, and learning faster.
  • •Maintain a direct working relationship with the co-founders on long-term growth strategy.
  • •Analyze funnels, write queries, build dashboards, and use data to inform simple, actionable growth plans, integrating AI where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience owning a top-line growth metric end-to-end (DAU/WAU, install conversion, or retention) for a consumer product.
  • •Gaming and/or kid-product experience, or equivalent, with scale in games, social, or gamified products.
  • •Ability to write SQL and analyze funnels; comfortable building dashboards and data-driven plans.
  • •Ability to drive a cross-organ roadmap and manage both strategic and detailed execution.
  • •Self-sufficient with data and able to work in ambiguity to produce simple, actionable plans and incorporate AI into product processes.
