Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction for HVM operational excellence across equipment engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead equipment engineering and manufacturing organizations to improve operational stability, performance, and process excellence using world-class metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • •Direct industrial engineering efforts for factory efficiency through detailed planning, capacity assessment, scheduling, and productivity initiatives.
