Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business challenges and opportunities and make strategic or tactical recommendations.
  • •Build modeling/analytics for lending products, including pricing strategy support.

  • •Develop and test credit risk models by connecting future credit drivers to historical behavior.
  • •Lead problem framing, hypothesis development, solution scope and feasibility, implementation, and monitoring plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Have (or be in the process of obtaining) a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration).
  • •Experience performing statistical model building and using rigorous monitoring and analysis to test hypotheses.
  • •Experience with market research and developing targeted insights to inform customer experiences.
  • •Experience querying data using SQL.
