•Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment.

•Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution while meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Lead associates through daily operations and guest experience, including coaching, recruitment, and development.
