Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive key tool install milestones from pre-design through design finish and set-to-SL2 signoff, ensuring safe delivery and readiness for qualification.
  • •Execute installation and qualification activities including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization, and qual; support troubleshooting for supplier and Intel qualification.
  • •Coordinate micro schedule and pull plan development, manage decoupled construction paths to accelerate readiness, and ensure facility readiness (LSS, eFIT, TAB, networking, ESOPN).
  • •Align design and install scope by loading tool install scope in DAC, participating in cross-functional design reviews, validating OEM data against Intel standards, and reducing late-stage changes (DCNs/DCRs).
  • •Lead multi-supplier execution planning, manage contractor and supplier activities under SLAs, oversee vendor qualification handoffs, and apply Lean/continuous improvement to improve quality and reduce install durations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/maintenance technician experience.
  • •Associate’s degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 10+ years of project management experience as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/maintenance technician experience.
  • •15+ years of project management experience as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience (in lieu of a degree).
  • •Willingness to work onsite in a cleanroom/construction environment.
  • •PMP certification and experience navigating construction/tool install programs are preferred.
