Industrial Engineer II / III (Multi-Level Role)

Optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through methods engineering, capacity analysis, and facility layout design. Perform time studies, workflow optimization, ergonomics and human factors evaluations, and design production flow and material handling systems. Support new product introductions with line design and tooling development, maintain capacity models, and develop cost/ROI justifications. Drive continuous improvement, safety and compliance, and manage calibration and line-side hardware programs at Levels II–III.
