Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert HSE advice to management and support compliance with legislative, company, and client requirements.
  • •Support development, communication, and monitoring of HSE objectives, initiatives, and continuous improvement plans.
  • •Lead and support incident and accident investigations, including trend analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • •Monitor HSE performance, develop and report KPIs, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • •Coordinate and participate in HSE activities including meetings, workshops, audits, site visits, inductions/training, contractor oversight, and emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven years of experience in a technical role with relevant HSE experience.
  • •Incident investigation qualification or demonstrated practical experience.
  • •NEBOSH Certificate with a recognised qualification in HSE auditing.
  • •Sound knowledge of applicable HSE legislation, standards, and industry requirements.
  • •Desirable: experience or qualification in Wind and Clean Energy (or related industry) plus familiarity with Client HSE requirements.
