Job Summary

Design, standardize, and optimize core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and master data management. Lead and grow a team (5–7 direct reports), drive process transformation aligned to KPIs like touchless ratio and cost/quality, and build documentation to enable automation. Use process intelligence and ERP/automation tooling to remove bottlenecks and improve governance.

•Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; create improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy.

•Oversee master data management strategy, including customer, vendor, and chart of accounts.
•Drive continuous improvement by measuring and reporting finance process KPIs and preparing processes for future automation via RPA/AI opportunities and documentation.

•Hands-on experience redesigning or optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
•Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft) plus process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
•Experience with lean/six sigma methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
