Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers to maximize Airwallex value through adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • •Develop and execute strategic account plans (objectives, stakeholder maps, risks, renewal plans, and 12–18 month growth opportunities).
  • •Lead renewals and commercial negotiations for upsell and cross-sell, improving retention and Net Revenue Retention using customer insight and data.
  • •Run effective business reviews with senior customer stakeholders to demonstrate value, address risks, and align future priorities.
  • •Coordinate complex customer initiatives across Sales, Product Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, KYC/Onboarding, Legal, Customer Success, and other internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of sales or account management experience managing complex enterprise/strategic relationships.
  • •Track record of retaining and growing accounts through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, or other expansion motions.
  • •Experience engaging multi-stakeholder customers, including senior commercial, finance, operations, product, or technology leaders.
  • •Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills to simplify complex topics and build trusted relationships.
  • •Fluency in German and English; experience working cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver complex onboarding or post-go-live initiatives.
